Transfer Certificate
A complete TC lookup, download and verification flow.
Parents or students can search an issued Transfer Certificate using the school Admission Number and Date of Birth. Logged-in student/parent accounts can also see issued TCs directly. Only records marked Issued by authorised school staff are shown.
School issues TC
Authorised staff creates the TC record, confirms the issue date and attaches the approved PDF.
Student lookup
Enter the Admission Number and Date of Birth exactly as recorded by the school.
View / Download
When both details match an issued record, the approved TC becomes available to view or download.
Verification
The separate TC Verification page can validate a TC number with its school-generated verification code.
