The Management Committee provides an important governance framework for Sunrise Education Academy. Its role is to support the school’s long-term direction while ensuring that academics, administration, infrastructure, student welfare and statutory responsibilities receive appropriate attention.
Academic direction and quality
School leadership and the management team review priorities related to teaching quality, staffing, academic planning, student development and school resources. The objective is not only to run day-to-day operations, but also to maintain a clear direction for continuous improvement.
Infrastructure and resources
Management oversight includes classrooms, laboratories, technology, sanitation, maintenance, transport-related planning and other resources required for safe and effective school functioning. Approved infrastructure information is maintained through the school’s Mandatory Public Disclosure records.
Safety, policy and compliance
